Mark As Completed Discussion

Hi friends,

We're a quarter of the way there! 2 weeks down, 6 more to go. Unfortunately, I've come down with something and won't be able to produce an update video this time-- hopefully by mid-week, I'll be back up and running.

A quick word about this week: from now until Wednesday evening, we're going to start focusing on some more intermediate interviewing techniques. Last week, we dipped our toes in with Recursion vs. Iteration.

This week, we're starting with sliding windows-- one of the harder collections patterns that will unlock a lot of on-site interviews. Then we'll move on to Balanced Brackets, where we'll briefly touch upon stacks and queues. Product Except Self and Find First Non-Repeating Character are great common problems to review and break down. Try to get to Understanding the Subsets Pattern, another widely asked question and technique, by mid-week.

You'll definitely notice an uptick in difficulty of these tutorials. Please give feedback if you find it moving too fast or too slow. Shout out to Joachim, Tim, Jean, Rasaii, and several others for providing compliments or areas of improvements for the site!

If you haven't already, please let me know what you think of the course at https://0ted7hx2q9n.typeform.com/to/cMyiJlDn

As always, thanks for reading, and happy interview prep! I'm available for questions and feedback at this email, just reply directly.
