I've been working in very interesting engineering challenges. The company is small enough so that you can have a big impact and there are a lot of important things to build and improve on. Yet, the company has proven to be successful, has already many paying clients, and users love it!

The people are by far the highest quality out of people from any company I've worked with. On average the technical strength is significantly better than e. g. Google engineers, and the sheer empathy, understanding, and friendliness of people is somewhat unmatched at any other company.
Plenty of technical challenges. The most requested features are all pretty involved and requires solving problems from first principles.
The engineering team is diverse in gender (currently 30% female), race, age and experience. Projects are always impactful and engineers work collaboratively on the product, it’s not a place where you simply implement a feature blindly.
The team is really supportive. People care about creating a warm, inclusive, culture and I've learned a ton from my coworkers here.
