Good Compensation Package and Benefits
Great work culture and work was meaningful
The company has a great culture. Executive management seems to care about the employees, and pre-covid this was amply demonstrated by the various communication, events, and benefits onsite. Post-covid given that everyone is working from home, management seems to have taken the playbook from the bigger guys and done a great job communicating and ensuring employees feel safe and understand where we are in terms of SIP and how the company is responding to it from an HR, and company finances perspective.
Good work-life balance, everyone friendly, very relaxed. Good breakfast, nice office and location close to Caltrain.
