Criticism is generally welcomed and people are consensus oriented
I like that there are so many interesting engineering problems to solve. And the culture is very open. Also the leadership is focused on growing the product while not compromising on usability, security and performance.
the engineering team consists of many bright people which gives an employee to learn a lot. as this is still a relatively small company, everyone can make an impact. work culture is great and people treat each other with respect. employees also her enough freedom to have a great work-life balance. management typically reacts very well to negative feedback.
Very interesting problems to work on in system design, distributed systems and databases.
