Great product, great engineering peers and great culture. From an engineering standpoint, this is a great place to be. It's gratifying to see the company grow at such a rapid clip.

Strong engineering culture. The management layer are all engineers. The cofounders are both technical and get it. The product managers all have some technical experience, and PMs typically have more than one team under their umbrella, which results in a lot of technical freedom and influence.
