I've been here 2. 5 years and can honestly say I feel like I can be myself here and that the company cares about my career. There is a lot of fruitful collaboration between teams, that was strengthened this year even against COVID. And the benefits are both generous and realistic for what the population needs - they are always looking to add more and not stringent.
